Jason Giannetti, Esq.
Jason Giannetti, Esq. has worked tirelessly since 2003 to help immigrants navigate all aspects of U.S. law, including asylum and green card seekers, employment verification, deportation issues, landlord and tenant issues, as well as immigrant marriage, divorce, and custody cases.
When he hasn’t been fighting for immigrant rights, Jason has taught at Binghamton University, Brandeis University, Wheaton College, Framingham State University, Stonehill College, Mass Bay Community College, and Regis College. He continues to lecture on the history and current trends of immigration law at universities, libraries, and other organizations.
Jason’s extensive educational background includes a J.D. from Boston College, an M.A. from Brandeis University, an M.T.S. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Binghamton University.
Jason is currently a member of both the New England and National American Immigration Lawyers Associations (AILA). Jason is licensed to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. The Law Offices of JG Esquire have been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 2014 and have maintained a consistent A+ rating.
